1.How will my package be shipped? Standard
shipping method is FedEx Ground. Optionally, we ship US Priority mail, FedEx
Overnight or FedEx Economy 2-day. For more information about shipping, please contact

2.Can I use my FedEx account number for orders? Yes.

3.How are my items shipped? All items are
carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. Accent Art & Frame ships
with a variety of carriers to provide the best service and lowest cost for
our customers. Generally items are shipped by FedEx Ground.
4.Can I request a packaging method? We
do not currently offer options on packaging methods. All items are securely
packaged in an appropriately-sized box with packing material to prevent shaking
and damage during shipping.
5.Can you ship to a P.O. Box? Can you ship to an
APO? Yes, within certain guidelines. USPS delivers packages 11" x
14" and smaller to a P.O. Box. Larger framed items must be shipped to
a street address. Note also that for items shipped to a street address, a
phone number is required. We can also ship to an APO. This can only be done
through the USPS.
6.How do I ship items somewhere other than to my
billing address? It's easy. During checkout, you are provided the
option to enter a shipping address that is different than the billing address.
7.Is my package insured? Accent Art & Frame
guarantees your satisfaction and we will give you a refund, an exchange or
a replacement for purchased items you are not satisfied with. In the remote
event that your package is lost or damaged upon arrival, please contact us or call 410-212-5117.
8.How do I know that my item has shipped? After
your order has shipped, you should receive an email with a link to the carrier's
tracking page. If for any reason you do not receive correspondence, you may
login to your account to view the current status. If you need additional help,
please contact us.
9.What if I have not yet received my order but it
shows that it has shipped? Shipping times can vary depending on
location and carrier. The carrier will provide a delivery time estimate when
tracking your order. If that date has passed or you have any other concerns
about your order, please contact us.
10.When will my order arrive? This varies
based upon where you live and the shipping method used. Once we ship your order,
we will email you a confirmation with a link to the tracking page of the shipper
we used to deliver your product. Delivery time averages 2 to 5 business days
once your item(s) leave our facility. Please contact us with any additional questions.
11.What is your return policy? We offer
a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied
we will gladly accept a return for exchange or for refund (less S&H), provided
the item is returned within fifteen (15) days from date of shipment. If you
have any questions, please contact us.
12.How do I return an item? We will gladly
accept a return for exchange within fifteen (15) days from date of shipment.
To return a Accent Art & Frame purchased item
Include your receipt with the products you are returning. If you do
not have your original receipt, please include a separate sheet of paper including
the order number, name, address and a brief reason why this item(s) is being
returned. This will help in processing your return faster.
Accent Art & Frame may be unable to process returns received without a receipt
or a written explanation of the reason for the return with the order number.
How to return an item:
- If possible, re-package the item using the packaging we used to send your
order.
- Wrap in the white foam or bubble wrap.
- Center your frame in the box. If your box contained two items, center
them as best as you can side by side. Do not stack.
- Place frame inside Accent Art & Frame box.
- Secure the box using strong shipping tape around all sides.
- Tape over any existing punctures or tears.

13 .Can I return an item that I received as a gift? We
will gladly accept a gift return for exchange within fifteen (15) days from
date of shipment. To return goods, please save the item(s) and packaging materials.
Be sure to include a copy of your packing slip with your return, along with
an explanation stating why you are not satisfied with the item(s).
14 .What if I want a refund for my return? Refunds
will be processed as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase
or in the form of a check drawn from U.S. funds for all other methods of payment.
No refunds will be provided in the form of cash or in any other currency besides
U.S. funds. All refund checks will be mailed to the "Bill To" address
used when the order was placed.
